「Lovely, relaxed style. A mix of old farm house and modern amenities.
Excellent value.
The owner facilitated an early book-in by our group.
Seems like it would be excellent for an extended family group with kids.」

「Detached, parking,location, communication & facilities.」
Toormore farmhouse has been renovated to a very high standard whilst maintaining its farmhouse traditional feel. It is linked to a working farm and has a a very scenic walk overlooking the Arigna mountains, Sheemore Hill and Drumharlow Lake. It has an all new modern kitchen with all you will need to cook that special meal.
I was born and reared in Toormore so it is a special place for me. This is not my permanent residence anymore, but I love that it can be shared and lived in on an ongoing basis. I want all guests to experience and enjoy the comfort of Toormore and take in the beauty of its surrounds.
It is located approximately 4km from the busy tourist town of Carrick on Shannon with a local taxi service available if needed. Carrick has a great reputation for a variety of top quality restaurants and bars. Carrick on Shannon golf club is approx 5km away. Lough key Forest park with its beautiful walks, Lake and Zip line challenge is approximately 5km. For something different there is the Arigna Mining Experience which is only 20km away. For Gin connoisseurs a trip to the Drumshanbo Gunpowder distillery is one not to be missed. A day trip to Sligo (approx 50km) is recommended with its Rosses Point (County Sligo Golf Club where West of Ireland Championship takes place) and Strandhill golf courses, beaches, surfing and panoramic views.
