In a brand new penthouse (150m2) with 100m2 terrace and balcony with 380 view and Jacuzzi. A very comfortable private suite with private bathroom and toilets and a huge private balcony with gym and sitting area. The suite is equipped with latest Oled TV, Dolby vision. Huge confortable motorised double beds, LED lights Walking dressing room And a very cool room with private bathroom across the corridor. The private room is elegant and quiet with comfortable bed, closet, desk and led cable TV with main european and international chanels. The guest a can also fully enjoy : A huge fully equipped kitchen and a specious living room. The amazing sunset from the south balcony and the sun rise from the north one 🌞🌝🌚 We are located in Nir-Aviv neighborhood, 5 min walk to the Ariel Sharon park, the National Park and the amazing Safari of Ramât Gan. High speed wifi and printer available. Public transportation to center Tel-Aviv is around the corner. Our place is 20mn away by bus from Jaffa old city and the beaches. 15 minutes to Azrieli Center. You can feel free to use all amenities in the apartment: kitchen, living room, home cinema, huge balcony overlooking to all south of the city. Very peacefull neighbourhood located in the southeast of TLV. Only a 20 minute ride to Jaffa or Azrieli center. Bus station down the building to north, central, and south beaches. Citybikes rental.
