The building is located in a central location next to Independence Street, the center of nightlife and culinary in Haifa, to the central colony overlooking the following gardens and Wadi Nisnas, an amazing food and market experience. The prestigious tower is located a stone's throw from the Hasmona Center train station and Route 4 connecting Haifa and Tel Aviv. You can use the shuttle that goes to many places such as: the Kariya, the Haifa Bay, the Lower City, Hadar, West Haifa, Nesher and Kibbutz Yagur. A short walk away is the Haifa subway "The Carmelite" from where you can reach many excellent stations throughout Haifa. And in addition, you can use a variety of public bus lines whose stops are scattered around the building.
