The check-in process is performed online. 10 days before your arrival date (or immediately if your reservation is last minute), we will send you an email with a link to check-in online. During the process you will be asked to confirm our hospitality agreement and attach required documents (ID / passport / forms for tourists). According to tax laws of the State of Israel, citizens and residents of Israel will be charged an additional VAT of 17%. VAT exemption will be granted only to holders of residence visas B2 (tourist), B4, B3, and diplomats, upon presentation of the documents.
