הבניין הוא פרויקט סי סייד היוקרתי מאת יוסי אברהמי, סיימו לבנות את הבניין בשנת 2023 בסטנדרט הכי גבוה שיש. בבניין יש בריכת שחייה ועתיד להיות חדר כושר, ספא, בר קוקטיילים ושני מסעדות מעולות. הדירה שלנו נמצאת בלב העיר אילת עם נוף משגע לים ולבריכה של הבניין, ממש מרחק הליכה מעזריאלי מול הים, טיילת אילת, חוף הים, יש ברים ומועדונים באזור. מתחת לבניין יש את מסעדת הלב הרחב ומכולת שתשרת אותכם לכל מה שאתם צריכים. *חשוב לציין שהדירה היא אייר בי אנד בי ולא בית מלון*
אנו חברה משפחתית הנמצאת באילת כבר קרוב ל7 שנים, אנו מתעסקים בבישום בעיקר ויש לנו חנויות במתחם הביג ובאייסמול, מי שירצה גם להתבשם בטיול ולקנות מתנה לאהובים שלו יוכל לעשות זאת אצלנו בחנויות (לאורחינו נדאג להנחה בחנויות)
באזור יש קניון מול הים, אייסמול, המצפה התת ימי, הבמה המרכזית עם כל ההופעות, טיילת אילת וכו'
