Excellently located, purpose built, self contained apartments, with communal gardens and allocated parking. Properties comprise of an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, modern fitted kitchens, gas central heating and uPVC double glazing. The property also has a secure gated entrance into the grounds. All local amenities nearby.
