This studio is perfectly suited for guests looking to stay on a budget and homely space. This is close to airport so you just land and even walk to this studio apartment. Symbiosis College is also just a walk away and if you are a student and your friends and family is coming to meet you, then it is perfect place for their stay. The apartment includes a full kitchen with all basic utensils like pot, pans, cutlery etc for your cooking. It includes modern gas stove, fridge, microwave, RO water, electric kettle, toaster, chimney. You can easily cook your favourite meals. All zomato/blinkit/zepto/swiggy/amazon delivery is available. Smoking is not allow inside the flat but you can only smoke in the balcony area. Loud music/dancing is also not allowed as it may cause nuisance to neighbours. Strictly no drugs and syringe or related to these are allowed in the premises. You'll held responsible if you/guests found with any of these. A 5000 rs PENALTY would be applicable per guest per each instance. Strict NO VISITOR Policy. In case of a violation, the reservation will be terminated without a refund. Additionally, a penalty of INR 3000 per visitor per instance will be charged.
