It can seat up to 35 people.  - Next to the lawn, there is a basketball court and table tennis.  - There is a mini-golf course for the guests to enjoy.  - There is a private pool, 40x20 ft. in size and 3.5 to 6ft. in depth, along with a kids’ pool.  - The villa houses a 100-year old banyan tree with a seating capacity of 15 people.  - There is a natural pond with an artificial fountain and waterfall. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please note that outside food is strictly not allowed.
