Centrally located apt with resort like ambiance but comfort like home. Close proximity to Goa's main attractions, beaches, water-sports, nightlife & much more.Comfortable for family with kids, couples, friends & business travellers. Apt is nestled in greenery & away from hustle- bustle. Modernly designed, fully furnished Cozy, comfortable apt with garden/ lake view balcony having relaxing chairs where you can sit & relax with your drinks.1BHK Apt is about 57 sqmt & studio apt is about 27sqmt (8X10 sqft) in gated campus with security & swimming pool.( shared with other guests in campus)Its furnished with AC, cupboard, DishTV, 24 hrs hot & cold water, Power backup.Kitchen with Induction cook top with its pots, Tea/ coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave, Fridge, Aquasure water purifier, Cutleries & essential kitchenette to prepare your delicious meal, Provided small dining area in 1 BHK. Sleeping arrangement is comfortable for 4 adults in 1 BHK. We have provided sofacum bed for 2 adults & queensize bed for 2 adults. While in studio 3 adults can comfortably sleep. 2 hrs early check-in & check-out ( free of charge ) is possible if there is no previous check-out or next check-in.
