Double bed in a newly furnished room facing field and garden near IIT Campus and Prembazar market. IIT Gas-godown is in 5 minute walking distance. Bathroom not attached but for private use only. Entry Exit not common. Room is very airy, with multiple windows and double ceiling fan. No loud music or parties allowed. Parking inside and outside premises both possible. Consumption of alcohol and cigrettes strictly prohibited
I am very polite and helpful. But I would definitely like, if you stick to the rules of the property.
It is a very calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Mostly retired staff and professors of IIT stay in this society.
