Compact 2 BHK in a residential apartment facing the sea, 10 mins walk to the beach, the residential complex has other amenities, like Swimming Pool, Childrens play area, jogging track, Gym etc., just 15 mins drive to all the major attractions like VGP, MGM, Kovalam.
