Costa Verde is a sea-front villa located in the upscale neighbourhood of Sea Shore Town in East Coast Road. It is a 5 bedroom 5.5 Bath villa with spacious sea-facing rooms, with breathtaking views. All interiors are contemporary and updated. There is a spacious swimming pool, private kitchen and balconies to directly view the sea from!

Sea Shore Town, Panaiyur is upscale residential locale. Property is within steps from the beach, which is often quiet.
