This is a 5 BHK VILLA ,3 min walk to Miramar beach .On the gr floor is a 2 BHK apt .On the 1st floor there is a Deluxe room & a Studio apt .On the 2nd floor is a 1BHK apt where the bedroom is in the attic like the European style .All the apts are fully furnished .These apts can be given out indivisually or together as a 5BHK villa depending on the number of guests.The 5BHK villa can accomodate 10 to 20 persons at a time .It is ideal for a group or a get together or a WEDDING family accomodation where all stay under one roof instead of booking 10 rooms in a hotel .
I am a middle aged person , married with 2 lovely kids 12 & 10 years of age .I love meeting people from around the globe & interacting with them . My aim in life is to see my GUEST leave with a smile & carry sweet memories of their stay at my place in Goa & recommend other guest & friends .
This apt that u r staying is 3 min walk to the beach .You are 3 kms from the city capitol Panjim .3 kms to Dona Paula a tourist spot .3 kms to the OFF SHORE CASINO'S .Around you within 2 km radius you have about 100 choisest of restaurants .
