Double storied independent house, Ground-floor occupied by owners, First floor with independent external entrance given for Homestay purpose. Quality construction. Total floor area available for guests is about 2100 sq ft.
Two large bedrooms 16'x16' each. Both with attached Bathroom 9'X6' size. King sized beds of 6.5'X6' in each bedroom. High quality mattresses with good quality linen etc provided.
Drawing Room, sized 18'X14', has a 5 seater Seesam-wood Sofa, Centre Table with 4 cushioned-seats for children and a flat screen 50" LED TV.
The living room is sized 30'X11' and houses a 6-chair Dining Table. The entire floor is illuminated by expensive decorative LED Lights.
The property faces Municipal Park/ Garden, which is well-maintained being Civil Lines. It has walking track and swings etc for children. The Balcony is a huge 25'X8' size. Six old-fashioned Cane chairs with Gaddis are provided in the Balcony with a good collection of Hindi and English books to serve as Library.
The Kitchen is provided with Electric Kettle, Microwave, Coffee percolator, Gas cylinder/ Hot Plate and basic Utensils, Crockery and cutlery etc.
The exterior is protected by CCTV cameras and Pegion net
