Covering a total area of 24,000 square feet, the property faces the mountains on one side and the valley on the other. It is located far from the main road and is pollution-free. Apartments have gardens on all sides, a large terrace, and a pond outside. The apartments are large, each covering an area of more than 1000 square feet. There is a large bedroom of 250 square feet with an attached bathroom with modern fittings and a closet. Attached to the bedroom is an independent living room with a fully furnished kitchenette.
I have worked for a US multinational in the legal-financial space. I love music and reading. I undertook this homestay as a hobby and designed the apartments myself.
Agricultural fields, mountains and valleys surround the homestay. Neighbours are simple Uttarakhand people and exceptionally friendly and helpful.
