Within the premises there are 2 flowing rivers (river flows during monsoons). Villa is well maintained and has 24 hours generator power back-up. All the bed-rooms and common areas are equipped with air-conditioning. Free Wi-Fi Internet service is available. For enhanced security, the outside property areas are covered with 24 hours CCTV surveillance. Caretaker is available to cater your needs & can provide all meals at a reasonable price. There are also other options for ordering food at a reasonable price within the neighborhood. Cooking gas stove, basic utensils, Microwave & Hot-water electric kettle are available in the Villa, but the guests have to arrange for the provisions if they are interested in cooking. The Villa is located in a gated community, in-house events will be allowed with low music levels so as to maintain a social harmony.

The Villa is located in a gated community consisting of Villas. There is a river bank where 2 rivers flow during monsoons which is about 100 meters from the Villa where guests can enjoy solitude. Walks within the neighbourhood are very relaxing. It is preferable to use private vehicles while visiting the Villa. Vehicles can be parked near the Villa. Nearest public transport is available about 7 km from the Villa in a town called Kashele.
