Offering breathtaking 270 degree views of the lake, Nihira Farms Kamshet is a sprawling property featuring a plethora of amenities. Nestled amidst the mango orchards and the forest, this holiday home is a nature lover's galore. Start your day with a delicious breakfast in the al fresco dining, soak in the fresh breeze in the evenings and admire the gorgeous views of the lake and the mountains from the lakeside gazebo. Be one with nature while here! FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Food will be served in the alfresco dining area only, and not in the villa. Food will be served till 11 PM only. The kitchen will close post 11 PM. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed, however, it is strictly not allowed inside the villa. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Outside food or ordering from the nearest restaurant is not allowed. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - All-male groups are not allowed. - Guests are requested to not shift the living room furniture and bedroom furniture. In case guests require extra furniture, they may ask the caretaker for the same. - There are friendly dogs, hens and cows residing at the property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living room for security purposes. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
