HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Please note that the al fresco dining area is up to 300 meters away from the main villa. - There is a friendly dog residing at the property. - The stay is a part of a gated society. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - A security deposit of Rs. 40,000 will be payable prior to check-in to StayVista -StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. -In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
