It's a beautiful 1BHK apartment, with a big garden just at the heart of the city, GS road is 200 metres away, and is located at a very posh location.
Neighbourhood information
Railway station: 1.5 KMS just a 5 mins drive away.
GS road: 200 metres just a 2 mins walk away.
All the shopping malls are away by just a 5 mins walk.
It is a residential area with all the grocery shops and pharmacies,beauty parlours,gyms and fast food stations.
you do not have to rely on food apps like zomato and swiggy because yummy fast food is available just on the ground floor of the apartment.
Also for the working travellers it is just the perfect place for your workstation as you are centrally located all the major offices are just 5-10 mins away and you have free access to High speed wifi internet.
