The villa features four spacious bedrooms and one suite room. Layout Upon arrival, a car parking area is conveniently located beside the wooden gate. Enter through the gate and descend the stairs to the heart of the villa. On the first floor, there is games room on the left, complete with a pool table and various games for children, and a nearby powder room.The centrally located suite room offers dedicated desks, coffee and tea facilities, ample storage in wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom, and a long mirror. The right side of the villa entrance features three bedrooms, a library area, and a large deck balcony with comfortable seating and stunning valley and mountain views. Two bedrooms share the deck balcony and are equipped with work desks, coffee and tea makers, wardrobes, ensuite bathrooms, and long mirrors.A room with an attic floor on the left can accommodate four guests and connects internally to the suite room. The ground floor, accessible via interior and exterior staircases, includes a bedroom, living area, disco room, and a kitchen with a dedicated dining space. The ground floor bedroom has the similar amenities that of first floor rooms.The living area includes sofa seating with a fireplace as its centerpiece. A disco room with lighting, speakers, and seating is accessible from both inside and outside the villa, leading to a bonfire and barbecue area.
