The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time starts from 3 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check-in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people than those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person.

Apartment in Villa spread over two floors, with garden on the hills of Casarza Ligure, 6.5 km from the center of Sestri Levante. Flooded by the scent of flowers and lavender, the accommodation is ideal for a holiday of pure relaxation. The Tigullio beaches are 15 minutes away by car. Excellent point of arrival and departure for visiting the villages of the Cinque Terre or the renowned resorts of the Riviera del Levante nearby. Casarza is also less than an hour from Genoa. PRIVATE PARKING and free Wi-Fi. The house is distributed over two floors: upon entering you will immediately find yourself in a large and well-furnished open space with living area with sofa, large smart TV and dining table and open kitchen equipped with everything you may need during your stay. On this floor you will also find a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and large shower. Outside the house you will find a table and chairs to enjoy the peace of the garden during the beautiful days or summer evenings and sun loungers to relax in the sun. There are five total beds in the house: going up the stairs you will have access to the upper floor where you will find two bedrooms with a double bed each, TV, wardrobes for storing your personal items and a balcony each. In one of the two bedrooms there is also a cot/crib for younger guests and an additional single bed for a fifth adult person. Finally, on this floor there is also a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures and bathtub. There is also a washing machine that can be used during your stay. For the laundry you will also find a drying rack, iron and ironing board. The house has private parking. Bed linen, as well as towels, are provided by us based on the number of people in the booking, and are included in the price. There is an air conditioner only in the largest bedroom, while there are two fans for the rest of the house. Pets are NOT allowed.

Casarza Ligure is a comune located in the Liguria region of Italy. It is located in the province of Genoa, in the valley of the Petronio river, a few kilometers from the coast of the Ligurian Sea. The territory is characterized by a hilly position, surrounded by green fields and woods. The landscape is typically Ligurian, with rich Mediterranean vegetation including olive trees, maritime pines and cypresses. The house is located just 6.5 km from the center of Sestri and the sea and 7 minutes from the town of Casarza Ligure, where you will find all the services you may need during your stay: shops, groceries, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. The house has private parking. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car you can reach and visit the other famous towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following in the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa. The area is a popular destination for sportsmen and nature and trekking lovers: in fact, there is a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty.
