Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EUROS to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER.

Spacious and welcoming apartment located on the Riva Trigoso seafront, literally a minute's walk from the Riva Ponente beach. The location is ideal for visiting nearby towns such as Sestri Levante, whose center is only 3 km away, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Camogli, Moneglia, Levanto and the Cinque Terre, reachable in 30 minutes by train. A few meters from the center of Riva Trigoso and all services. The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Ligurian-style building without a lift. Upon entering you will immediately find yourself in a welcoming living room, furnished with care and equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for two people and a TV. Behind the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge and freezer, hob, oven, utensils and crockery. The French window makes the room very bright and gives access to a large balcony with a splendid view of the sea and the beach. In the master bedroom you will find a double bed, wardrobe and access onto a smaller balcony overlooking the other side of the house. In the second bedroom, on the other hand, there is a foldaway bed for one and a half, a wardrobe and access to the same balcony with sea view as the kitchen. Finally there is a bathroom complete with toilet and shower Bed linen and towels are provided by us for the number of people booked and are included in the price. We do not accept pets. No private parking, wifi, air conditioning is available in the apartment. During the summer period a portable fan is available to refresh the environment, while during the winter months it is possible to take advantage of the independent heating. The excellent location of the accommodation allows you to have everything you need just a few meters from you: in fact, in Riva Trigoso there are all the services and in addition to the equipped free beaches or bathing establishments and the pleasant promenade, you can find bars, excellent bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, tobacconists, pharmacies and shops for all your needs. Near the apartment there is a bus stop where the line that connects Riva to the center and Sestri station passes, while Riva Trigoso station is 1.5 km away: if you travel by public transport, the house is therefore easily accessible. Choosing Riva Trigoso for your stay, in addition to the possibility of visiting Sestri Levante, you will have the opportunity to explore the splendid places nearby: in fact, in less than an hour and with various means you can visit historic locations and favorite destinations for tourists from all over the world such as Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, easily reachable by car, train or by sea through special tourist ferry lines that lead to the wonderful Portovenere. Leaving from the Riva Trigoso station you can reach Monterosso, before the Cinque Terre, in about 30 minutes (there are trains with a longer journey time).
