To access the house you can do a SELF CHECK-IN starting from 3 pm. You will be sent by phone all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and the unlock code to access the keys. You will therefore be able to independently manage your arrival and not have to worry about the time and any delays or changes of program. Before arrival we will only ask you to follow the instructions of our representative regarding the mandatory Guest Registration procedure, therefore the communication of the necessary data/documents and the Visual Recognition phase, also mandatory from the year 2025. You will be sent instructions for everything by phone, we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you have special requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can contact the representative directly on his telephone number or PMC here via the portal, we will be happy to help you! Check out will instead be by 10 am. Before leaving the house you will have to deliver the Tourist Taxes. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax The Municipality of Vernazza applies a tourist tax of 3 Euros per night per person all year round for up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights. Children up to the age of ten are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared in the reservation: we usually ask for 20 Euros per night for each additional person.

Continuing you will find a bedroom with a French bed, suitable for two more guests, and a second TV. Next to it, finally, is the bathroom of the house, complete with sanitary fixtures and a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. There is also a washing machine available during your stay. The bed and bathroom linen is provided by us for the number of people in the reservation and is included in the price. The main room of the house is equipped with air conditioning. which also cools the rooms where there is no split. To be sure to provide you with maximum comfort, a portable air conditioner or tower fan has been added to the room. In this way all the rooms can certainly be cooled. During the winter months you can use the split in hot air function and use the radiator in the room. Free Wi-Fi is also provided to allow you to stay connected for personal or work needs. The accommodation cannot be reached directly by car which is not recommended for moving around the Cinque Terre. In fact, we suggest you use the trains to get there. With a relatively short journey, you can also reach Tuscany or explore the Riviera di Levante visiting places such as Lerici, Moneglia, Sestri Levante, Santa Margherita and Portofino until you reach Genoa.
