Located in the historical center of the city, is a newly constructed home divided into 3 floors: At the ground floor you can find the traditional living room with the wood-made kitchen next to the original stone walls of the house, the bathroom with sky-window and the chrome therapy shower; The whole first floor is occupied by the comfy bedroom full of storage for your clothes; The stairs than leads to the large living terrace where you can have breakfast and enjoy the sardinian sun all day long !
29A Is a gem suite in the heart of Olbia. Is very well located in a residential pedestrian-only street within the historical town center, minutes away from the city Main Street full of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 minutes drive from the airport , same distance for the harbour. Private parking available on request
