Inside, the apartment boasts a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A large modern kitchen has sleek white units which match the large central dining table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests. A large cream coloured corner sofa sits in the other side of the room, making the most of the wonderful lake views that can be seen through the sliding doors that lead out to the private terrace. This terrace is equipped with a couple of armchairs and outdoor dining table seating 8. Moving through the apartment, the property boasts four bedrooms. The largest of these is the master bedroom suite furnished with kingsize bed and which also boasts an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bath tub and separate shower. This bedroom also has doors out to a second terrace area. The second bedroom has a double bed whilst the third can be laid out as either a twin or double room. The final bedroom has a single bed with the option of a pull out bed for the eighth person to sleep in if required. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are contemporary in style with white sanitary ware, bidet, shower, sink and WC. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building but is accessed by either stairs or a lift. An underground garage is available for guests to use. Outside, guests enjoy use of the communal facilities on site including a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and separate children's pool. If you prefer to swim in freshwater, the lakeside beach is literally across the road and the lake is wonderful to swim in. The apartment is situated in Maccagno which is a charming lakeside town on the Eastern shores of Lake Maggiore. It is perfectly positioned to explore all that the lake has to offer and there are plenty of amenities that can be reached on foot including a selection of bars and restaurants, a supermarket and ice cream store. It is also possible to use the lakeside promenade to walk to the boat stop. Boats run all day, criss-crossing the lake, allowing you to explore all that the area has to offer without having to get in a car.
