la mia struttura si trova vicino ad ogni confort e necessità E un appartamento della metà del secolo scorso ristrutturato in conformità alle esigenze di nostri giorni Abbiamo lasciato qualcosa di antico (pavimenti Tappeto) creato contromsofitti con faretti per rendere l'ambiente più moderno L'appartamento è indipendente strutturato su due piani, al piano superiore due camere da letto completi di ogni confort in una di queste c'è un lettino, bagno con doccia e bidet, e piccola lavanderia al piano di sotto ingresso con divano letto per due persone, bagno con wc e lavamano, cucina completa di lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, microonde e bollitore. la cucina è completa di stoviglie complete per otto persone
Sarà personalmente Santino (padrone di casa insieme ad Elvira , sua moglie) ad accogliere gli ospiti Mentre farete il check-in Santino vi darà suggerimenti sui locali e le cose da vedere a Monreale, Palermo e dintorni Santino ha molti interessi, gli piacciono tutti i lavori manuali, elettricità, falegnameria e tutte le piccole riparazioni che possono nascere in casa. Gli piacciono gli animali e ha due splendidi cani Rottweiler, gli piace coltivare il terreno che ha presso la sua abitazione può coltivare tutti questi hobby perchè è in pensione E' stato insegnante alla scuola superiore, ha insegnato cucina e pasticceria
L'appartamento è vicino alla fermata del bus per Palermo dove si potranno visitare tutte le meraviglie della città: Palazzo Reale, la cattedrale, quattro canti, casa professa...... A 400 metri poi c'è il centro storico di Monreale, cattadrale, chiosco, museo multimediale, museo diocesano facendo la passeggiata per le vie del paese si possono gustare varie specialità, il panino con le panelle,le crocchè, il panino con la milza e poi nei vari ristorante potrete assaggiare molte dei piatti della cucina siciliana.
