La casetta si trova in fondo al vicolo, noto come il "Il Filatoro", a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Francesco, con una vista spettacolare sulla vallata e sull'Abbazia benedettina di San Pietro. Da qui si può assaporare l'eco del silenzio dello spirito di Assisi.
