SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND SURROUNDING CAR PARK The property is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen with living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The flat is 200 metres from the sea and is located in a very strategic spot, reserved and convenient for reaching all the services in the area. Hi, I am Nicola and I will be pleased to make your stay as special as possible. What I try to create for my guests is an experience and not just a service; for this reason, the property will be equipped with everything you need for your stay, so you will not have to worry about it. Moreover, you will have a lot of privacy and flexibility in checking in as it is self through a code.
The location has many advantages; the proximity to the sea allows you to move around easily without the use of a car and, being 200 metres from the sea and not right by the beach, you will constantly find free parking intro to the structure.
