New three-room apartment finely renovated and furnished with care, in a central and quiet area about 300 meters from the sea, close to all services. Located on the first floor, very welcoming, fully air-conditioned, equipped with WI-FI and dedicated workstation. It also has a convenient private storage room on the ground floor where you can find the washing machine and a sink. Suitable for both remote working and a comfortable and relaxing holiday!
