Located in Sant'Antonio di Mavignola, the apartment is set in the wonderful setting of the Brenta Dolomites. Adamello Brenta Sunshine is the place where you can rest and spend happy days in complete comfort. The view from the house offers a view of the Adamello, Presanella and the Brenta Group. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, kettle, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board, ceramic hob, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and ski rack, nespresso machine. Upon arrival you will find basic necessities to be able to use the house immediately. One bathroom linen set per person, bed and kitchen linen. On the terrace you will have two deck chairs, a table with wooden benches and a fountain.
My name is Thomas and I was born in Sant'Antonio di Mavignola. I love the mountains and I can help you by recommending places to eat, drink, buy typical products and visit. I am very reserved so if you need to ask, but I will not be in any way intrusive. To make your stay safe, the apartment is CLEANED and STERILIZED at each entrance with special machinery following the actual regulations. Enhanced the FWA internet line, improved stability and connection speed. Install blackout curtains in the living room. New in summer 2021: e-bikes with assisted pedaling are available for guests to rent so that they can easily reach wonderful destinations in our valley. In the w-e you can also ask for a guide for your excursions. Do not hesitate to contact me for information, rates and availability.
Sant'Antonio di Mavignola is a small town halfway between Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio and offers the typical tranquility of the mountains and the typical hospitality of Trentino. For the little ones there is also an equipped playground, an information point of the Park, 3 restaurants (Hotel Tosa, Hotel Posta and Al Fratè da Streza), a supermarket and many paths to reach Clemp and its fort, Vallesinella through the Val Brenta to admire the waterfalls, Lake Valagola to continue towards the 12 Apostoli refuge, the Cornisello hut through Val Nambrone, the Ritort hut passing through Milegna and Val Chestria and many others to be discovered. The house overlooks the main road, therefore clearly visible and easily accessible. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an independent chalet. Adamello Brenta Sunshine is newly built and is well insulated: coat, double glazing and underfloor heating. It has a parking space available to the apartment, if necessary for a fee you can have a second one.
