The apartment is independent, with a separate access. It has large windows which provide it with a lot of natural light and it has a very large bathroom with a large shower. There are two large rooms with queen/king size beds and it has an attic space which has a floor queen size bed. The apartment has been recently renovated and it is situated above a local winery, Dacapo Cà ed Balos, which will make your stay even more special.There is also a back yard with a barbeque grill and patio to enjoy![City Tax will be payed upon arrival starting from March 2020- 1,50/pax/night for max 5 nights]. High Speed Internet Available: Speed Test download 333.92 mbps, jitter 1,40Ms, ping 32,4 ms, upload 19,94 mbps. Closest airports: Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate, Torino Caselle.
I am the owner of a winery which stems from the union of two: Cà ed Balos which grows vineyards to produce high quality Moscato d’Asti, Dolcetto d’Alba and Langhe Favorita and Dacapo which widens the range to include Barbera d’ Asti e Nizza, Grignolino, Ruchè and Pinot Nero. Our work is precious; it enhances the relationship between man and vines, based on respect of tradition and habits employed in this territory. Hosting people, is part of our way of enhancing our territory, showing the world how precious it is.
• For the fruit & vegetable market, and for “city” services: Asti (15 minutes) • For the wine: Barolo (30 minutes), Barbaresco (20 minutes) and Canelli (10 minutes) which is known for the “underground cathedrals” which can be seen visiting some of the oldest wineries • For a stroll in the city center: Alba (15 minutes) or Nizza Monferrato (10 minutes) • For the view:La Morra (35 minutes) - you can literally see ALL the territory from here • For the castles: Grinzane Cavour, Govone and Serralunga d’Alba (35minutes) • For traditional amaretti: Mombaruzzo • For cheese: Murazzano and Roccaverano • For traditional “salsiccia di bra”: Bra is the place, also a nice city to visit. In spring from may to july they organize Aperitivo in Consolle every Friday, a happy hour with music which animates the whole town. Enjoy the stay!
