Let yourself be enchanted by Villa Bissiniga, a residence dating back to the mid-18th century: although equipped with modern comforts, the recent renovation has kept its charm intact. This is a historic residence, immersed in the green of the olive trees on the hills, which has always been present in the landscape of Salò. The first foundation dates back to the last quarter of the 15th century and its history is a succession of works and extensions over the centuries that have defined the property as it is today: a 9-hectare park surrounding an ancient villa with 12 rooms, 2 convivial halls, 2 spaces in masonry with tufa stones (recently restored) for use as a wine cellar and tasting room, fountains in the gardens with water that is always fresh from a spring in the park, an aromatic garden, a lemon garden and a rose garden. In the Park there are centenary trees that testify to the flow of time and the permanence of Villa Bissiniga. Villa Bissiniga is the right place for a wine and food holiday on the lakeshore or a romantic weekend where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset while sipping a glass of claret from the high terrace.

Villa Bissiniga is located on the hillside of Salò, in Renzano, a small historic village on the outskirts of Salò. From the Villa's terrace there is a view of the historic centre of Salò stretching from the slopes to the edge of the lake. From here to the lakefront it is a short walk downhill. The position of the Villa is perfect for those who want a relaxing stay, surrounded by greenery and light; in fact, the Villa's public and external spaces are sunlit until sunset and it is not uncommon to enjoy spectacular light when evening comes. All around is olive grove and plants. The historic nature of the Villa's park has created, over time, a succession of blooms so that all year round one can enjoy the sight of flowering plants and evergreens. A lush and hospitable nature. A few metres from the Villa there are some trekking trails and it is possible to visit the small church of S.Nazaro e Celso and reach the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Rio with its church and waterfall.
