Located at the third floor of a 17th hundred building based on Roman foundations later medieval to the actual size. The full apartment has been recently restored and have two big bedrooms with views, a small living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms which one of them from the 17th century, but completely restored, complete the layout of this 80 square meters flat. As an option can be linked to the "Il Carmine charme and terrace" becoming a 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, double kitchen, living, dining rooms with table up to 14 persons and terrace for a total of 220 square meters. The full floor has breathtaking views on several Lucca towers and bell ones.
