We are a couple with a passion for travels. Nic&Giovi want to offer the best service to our guests for discovering Sardinia and Bologna. Nicola owner is an architect that he likes to produce in our house the good mix between tradition and minimalist approach.

Elegant apartment fully equipped and designed by the architect owner. Comfortable for 4 people and for those who want to discover the city. Great for those who need to reach the Sant'Orsola Hospital. - Washer dryer, TV, dishwasher, WiFi available in the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet and safety area, restaurants, bar, ice cream shop nearby to the house. Portico creates a special atmosphere for walking in the ancient trail to the historic center.
