Camera matrimoniale con terrazzino e aria condizionata; bagno con ampia doccia lavatrice asciugatrice scaldasalviette e lavello, soggiorno con aria condizionata smart tv, cucinotto attrezzato con forno e lavastoviglie, ampio terrazzo coperto di 40 mq ca fronte mare; camerina con 2 letti singoli.
