Recently renovated central apartment of 95 sqm overlooking the park Monte Orlando and the beach of Serapo. A three-minute walk away: bus stop for the train station, bathing establishments, supermarkets, cinemas, paddle courts, bars, restaurants and local market. Large public parking within a few meters with subscription included.
The apartment is located on the first floor, with two bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the sea, a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room with a laundry room and a bathroom with a shower.
