Our home is in a cluster of fewer than a dozen stone houses at 630 m on a sunny shelf of the lower Susa Valley, 2 km above Bussoleno and under crenellated Castel Borello. Views span the Dora Riparia south-east and the Cottian Alps north. Single-lane Strada Baroni reaches Bussoleno station in 10 min; trail 506 starts at the gate and climbs to the high pastures of Orsiera-Rocciavrè Park.
Hi! I’m a cave diving instructor, author, photographer & filmmaker with a huge love for food — it drives everything I do. I’ve lived in NYC, Paris, Barcelona, Athens, and now a quiet town in the Italian Alps. I love travel, the outdoors, and real-world adventures (TV, not so much).
