The apartment S’Incantu is located on the second floor of Villa Cristina, an elegant and exclusive villa in the most prestigious neighborhood of Arbatax, and it is only 1 minute walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Portu Frailis. It has an awesome terrace and has been recently renovated and decorated giving it a modern touch. The apartment offers a range of outside spots to relax, eat and enjoy an amazing and privileged view on the Portu Frailis Bay. The apartment can be accessed directly via an external staircase. It has a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one with a queen-size bed, and one bathroom with shower. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating with heat pump. Plus, the whole villa is served by a solar rooftop that will make your stay much more sustainable! The sea-view terrace is equipped with outdoor dining table and comfortable chairs for outdoor relaxation and also has an automated curtain with a led-lighting system that makes it perfectly livable also in the evening. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor shower with warm water. If you visit us in July and August you would also have the privilege to taste the famous Nonna Cristina’s figs directly by the fig plants, a delight for your breakfast and lunch! The apartment is equipped with all comforts and is in a strategic position to reach restaurants and pizzerias in less than 5 minute walk and other beautiful beaches, ports, pharmacies and supermarkets in less than 5 minute drive. The Villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden adorned with a wide selection of plants and trees, meanly Mediterranean flora. Please, be aware that there are staircases inside and outside the apartment. The guests staying at the apartment on the first floor of Villa Cristina are not allowed to use any facility, including outside shower, dining table/chairs and barbeque, available in the area belonging to the apartament S'Incantu.
