The apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the fifth floor with lift, includes the following spaces: – bright bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed – large kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, table with chairs, small balcony – bathroom with shower and washing machine - living room with sofa, armchair, TV, expandable table with chairs. The fourth bed will be placed in this room if necessary There are a lot of pay parking lots in Viale Fratti and the surrounding streets (blue lines).
