Near the Tribunal and Porta Nuova stations. We also have several agreements with restaurants and bars in the area where you can enjoy excellent Italian food at discounted prices. Please note that extras can be charged if you need to have all single rooms and do not book for 7 guests. Please note that the car park is not large and so you cannot park large cars (right now reserved parking is unavailable).

The district hosts: University, Pineta Dannunziana, southern coast of the city with promenade, cycle path part of the Adriatic Cycle Route and numerous equipped beaches, D'Annunzio Theater, Ex Aurum, Court, Pescara Vecchia (museum of the people of Abruzzo, Cascella museum, D'Annunzio house museum, ect) Adriatico Stadium, Antistadio, Sports Hall, Tennis Club, Pescara Tribunale Station, Pescara Porta Nuova Station, local market on Monday, large supermarket under the house as well as all the main services. I advise my guests to move by car as the apartment has internal parking. Alternatively, the area is served by bus 10 under the house and other buses a few hundred meters from the house. Railway stations nearby. The city is also served by an international airport.
