Renovated house from 1870 with two cozy, sunny apartments (with air conditioning) in a typical Italian old town with romantic alleys. Central starting point for sports and cultural activities, with great recreational value and culinary highlights of Piedmontese cuisine with wine, truffles and polenta. Quiet, only conditionally passable 1.90m wide alley. Lake view over the old town of Lesa. 3 min walk to the lake. Seating on the balconies. Cozy patio with garden furniture. Utility room with washer and dryer and to lock up bikes. Public, free parking spaces 150m away. Train station within 10 minutes walking distance. Free WiFi, flat screen TV, towels and bed linen incl. Hiking trails starting directly behind the house. Baker, supermarket, cafes and very good restaurants within walking distance.
We ourselves are enthusiastic about the Mediterranean flair of Lake Maggiore, surrounded by the panoramic Alps. We would like to share the mild climate, the Italian culture, the culinary delicacies, the numerous leisure opportunities and sporting activities with our guests and welcome you to our heartily furnished apartments. We look forward to personal contact with our valued guests.
There are many bathing opportunities on site. Restaurants, a small grocery store, bakery, supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance. Hiking and biking opportunities from the house. Numerous hiking routes such as in the Val Grande are in the immediate vicinity. Sailing school and boat rental 3 km away. Boat trips on the lake, e.g. to the beautiful Borromean Islands, as well as boat rentals make the lake an experience. Amusement and adventure parks nearby. Skiing from Stresa 10 km away. Milan can be reached by train in 1 hour. Como, Lugano, Ascona, Varese are recommended as a day trip. The Style Outlets Vicolungo 45 min and Serravalle Designer Outlet 1.5 h.
