From March 2022, I have decided to open my house where I was born and grew up as a holiday home, to welcome guests from all over the world who wish to get to know Lake Como and have a relaxing holiday. In past years, the house has been managed by third parties; after being reviewed and updated, we have decided to maintain family management. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests!

A 140 sqm, two-storey house, perfect for 4/6 people (it can accommodate up to 8 people), located along the Via Regina, with beautiful views of Lake Como and a garden on two levels. The property is located in the upper part of the enchanting Laglio, a small village characterised by pretty and quiet alleys. The house consists of a living room (lake view), a living area with kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a garden with wide lake view. Private parking space on the property.

The house is located along the lake's main road, Via Regina Nuova. From the house, passing through a secondary door in the back, you reach a staircase that leads directly to the lake and the village of Laglio, known for its little streets, ancient mule tracks that descend from the mountain to the lake and Mediterranean vegetation. The place is ideal for relaxing, eating in romantic lake-view restaurants, reaching the beaches and lidos (the Laglio beach is a few minutes' walk away and the Moltrasio lido is a few minutes' drive away) and visiting the Lario villas by boat, car or bus. Near the house, there is the Via Verde trail, a well-known and popular trekking itinerary of the lower Lario. Also nearby, just a few minutes' drive away, are two small grocery shops that provide all the essentials and offer a variety of fresh products, such as breads, pastries, sausages, cheeses, meats and various local specialties from the lake and Valtellina. Finally, there are the Bennet and Gran Mercato supermarkets, both located at the entrance to Como (just arriving from Laglio), which are a convenient solution for shopping.
