In the Lazio countryside, halfway between Rome and Naples, Antico Casale Spezia-Pelagalli of the family of Aquino, is part of a building complex that is articulated around a large court. For about a century, it has been home to a farm family, and in the 1960s it was later used as a summer residence by the family of Spezia-Pelagalli, owner since the 1800's. After careful restoration, made with passion and dedication, it was intended to confer uniqueness on the structure, with a sober style. The B & B offers the disposability of a house of great charm with an archive of memories that tells stories, images and thoughts ... The Roman Aquinum gives the visitor the Porta di S. Lorenzo, the Arco di Marcantonio, the Via Latina, the City Museum, the Chiesa della Santa Maria della Libera, the Archaeological Area. The City of Aquino Museum, opened in December 2000, is located within a large garden in the Roman and medieval archaeological area of ancient Aquinum, in an intermediate position between a basalt stretch of Via Latina and the monumental Chiesa S.Maria della Libera.
