This great apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Alassio. The view from the terrace is a dream. You can enjoy great walks on the beach promenade. Under the apartment is the Cafe Rudy scene. You can have great snacks there during the day. In the evening at Cafe Rudy you can refresh yourself with delicious drinks / cocktails. The picturesque shopping street is directly behind the apartment and invites you to shop.

In Alassio you can also hike very well in the Ligurian mountains. The apartment is one of the most central apartments. The sea and the beach at your feet. The picturesque shopping street directly behind the apartment. 4 supermarkets are nearby, less than 1000m. Under the apartment is the Cafe Rudy one of the top addresses in Alassio. There are delicious cocktails, good music and lots of nice people. There are many restaurants around the apartment.
