The flat is located on the second floor and is accessible via an internal staircase located under a 10 sqm loggia shared with the flat ?L'Acero?. The entrance is independent, guaranteeing privacy and autonomy. The living room is cosy and well-equipped, with a kitchenette equipped with a cooker with three gas and one electric hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, Italian and international coffee machine, toaster, mixer, and, on request, microwave oven. A table with six chairs, a two-seater sofa bed, a coffee table, a wooden cabinet, a satellite TV, and a telephone with a direct outside line complete the room. The living room windows offer a beautiful panoramic view of the valley.
The flat has two bedrooms furnished with period furniture. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, an upholstered chair, carpets, and a window with a view of the pool and Monte della Verna. The second bedroom, with two single beds, includes a chest of drawers, a bedside table, an upholstered chair, carpet,s and a window overlooking the Casentino valley.
The property is a typical Tuscan farmhouse located in the province of Arezzo, immersed in a 12-hectare fenced area of gardens and woods, ideal for relaxing walks in nature.
