Our customers are personally assisted by our international service team and we are also there for you during your holiday. +++ For over 20 years, we are putting great emphasis on personal and consistent relationships with our hosts and guests. It is only through our reliable cooperation that several thousand landlords trust us, for whom we realise bookings every day. +++ After booking, you will receive the booking confirmation from us on behalf of the landlord with all details of the booking, the property description and the payment information. +++ After receiving your down payment (25%) and the final payment (approx. 4-6 weeks before the start of the rental), we will send you the rental voucher with all the information for check-in. +++ In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, please cancel via the customer page of Booking. We will refund credits within 7 days of receiving your bank details. +++ We thank you for your trust and wish you a wonderful holiday.

Payable on the spot: Additional charges for water, electricity and gas per object per week. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: children chair 12 EUR per piece per stay. Laundry package (hand towels, bed linen - please order at booking) 18 EUR per person per week. Pets: allowed, EUR 25.00/pet per stay.
