With a view of Porta Maggiore and a few steps from the Arco d'Augusto, this welcoming apartment is the ideal refuge for enjoying the sea and the centre. Unmissable events such as Carnival, Fano dei Cesari, Passaggi Festival, Fano Jazz Festival, Casa Pincio will be special for every season. With a double bedroom, double sofa bed, private parking space and bike space, it is excellent for couples and families. Move as and when you want around the city and its surroundings, without the problem of parking! First floor apartment with lift. A bedroom with double bed + 1 double sofa bed (French) in the living room for a total of 4 beds. Bathroom with shower. Reserved parking space in condominium space with automatic gate. Place for 2 bicycles in private garage. Casa Pincio is located inside a small residential condominium. We recommend maximum respect for common areas, silence times, and to avoid behavior that may cause disturbance or inconvenience to other residents.
