It is only through our reliable cooperation that several thousand landlords trust us, for whom we realise bookings every day. +++ After booking, you will receive the booking confirmation from us on behalf of the landlord with all details of the booking, the property description and the payment information. +++ After receiving your down payment (25%) and the final payment (approx. 4-6 weeks before the start of the rental), we will send you the rental voucher with all the information for check-in. +++ In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, please cancel via the customer page of Booking. Laundry package (hand towels, bed linen - please order at booking) 18 EUR per person per first time use and changing. baby cot – please order at booking 25 EUR per bed under 2 years per stay. Air conditioning - please order at booking 10 EUR per object per day (31.03.26-27.06.26), high chair - please order at booking 18 EUR per piece under 2 years per stay. Pets: not allowed.

In summer: Lake Garda 200 m in Lazise (beach 600 m in Lazise featuring sand, gravel and rocks). Lazise: boat rental 600 m and water sports 700 m. The lake Garda has a varied entertainment program for all ages, such as mountain biking, windsurfing, sailing, horseback riding or hiking. Even free climbing and paragliding is an option for tourists.
