周辺エリアの情報
With 315 days of sunshine a year, Naturno is one of the places with the highest probability of fine weather in the Alps.
The village lies at the beautiful geographical intersection between the Vinschgau Valley, the Burggrafenamt of Meran and the Schnalstal Valley. It therefore has an extremely favourable location from which to plan a wide range of varied activities.
Here you will find an excellent variety of opportunities to enjoy nature in a sporty or relaxed way, to be culturally entertained or to undertake historical explorations of the numerous castles, palaces and museums.
Juval Castle, the summer residence of Reinhold Messner, towers directly above the village and, with a bit of luck, you can meet him in person during a guided tour in the summer months.
Naturno's tourist infrastructure is wonderfully developed. A cable car takes you up to 1300 metres altitude on the Sonnenberg. Here you will find a spacious public outdoor and indoor swimming pool with sauna, public outdoor and indoor tennis courts, several football pitches, a skate park, a natural climbing park beautifully situated by the river with 20 different levels of difficulty, specially designed mountain bike trails and, of course, countless well-maintained hiking trails of all levels of difficulty, connected to the traditionally managed mountain pastures.
