Property information

The Margherita apartment is on the second floor of a small building just steps from the historic center of Arezzo, near the escalators to reach the upper part of the city where the fortress and cathedral . the construction of the house dates back to the 50s even if the apartment is decorated in modern style , very spacious and with a nice terrace where you can admire the tuscan landscape, and a glimpse of the cathedral . the apartment includes use of the kitchen with pantry equipped for breakfast , a large double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge . renting apartment Margherita you will be totally independent or there are no other rooms to be rented and you have the whole house at your disposal as you like. A request is possible to add an additional bed for another person

Neighbourhood information

the area is well served by buses , supermarkets , bars ( one of which is just below the hotel where the guests will be served breakfast ) , restaurants , gyms , tennis courts and more escalators that lead to the center, unless we want to walk there and take a walk inside the historic walls of Arezzo
